COVID-19 Updates

We want you to know we are open and fully operational to provide care. We have some new policies and procedures in place to keep our team and pet parents safe curing the COVID-19 outbreak.

We will follow these simple steps to safeguard your health and the health of our employees so we can continue to serve our community.

All veterinary services will be performed curbside. No clients will be allowed in the hospital. When you arrive in the parking lot, please call us. A receptionist will come out shortly, take a brief history, and bring your pet into the hospital. If you have a dog, we will put our slip leash on your dog and ask that you remove your leash. Your cat, guinea pig, rabbit, etc. needs to be in a carrier.

The doctor will do an examination and then call you to discuss your pet’s examination. After everything is completed, the receptionist will return your pet to you and get your credit card information if you haven’t already given it to us.

For medication and food refills give us a call as normal and we will get it set up for you. At that time we will ask for a credit card so we can run the charges through immediately. When you arrive at Lakeside to pick it up, please call us and we will bring it out to your car.
